We just leased a BMW X3 from BMW London. Mustapha Abdulhamid helped us to pick the best X3, and also worked out the best deal for us. Initially, my wife likes the common white color; after discussions with Mustpha, we ordered the car with the metallic silver; when we picked up our car, we found the metallic silver looks much better than the normal white color. Thanks a lot for Mustapha's great work! We are very happy with the car and the deal Mustapha gave us! We should also thank an old gentle man of BMW London. Sorry, we didn't remember his name. He accompanied us for the test drives of X3 and 328 sedan. He was always patient to explain and show the controls of BMW cars during our test drives, with smiles all the time. This is another reason that we finally chose BMW X3, instead of Mercedes GLK which we also tested. These super staffs make the super BMW dealer in London. We will definitely consider BMW London when we change our second car.

You ring for the service dept, no reply. Leave messages, no reply. You are eventually told that someone will get back to you, but they never do. When you finally get an appointment, there is a long, long wait time for the work date. You finally get the work done, but it always takes longer than expected, and is marred by the same lack of reliability and lack of communication. Bottom line: This dealership's service dept is either under-staffed or inefficient. Either way, WAKE UP BMW! The service is better at any Dodge dealership! I will hand the keys back on my BMW when it comes due and, believe me, will never touch this marque again.
