My girlfriend and I recently bought a new CX-5 from Bank Street Mazda. We are very happy with our purchase so far! We went to the dealership several times for test drives and to investigate options/packages as well as solidify the financials. Our salesman was Jimmy who we could not have been more impressed with. He was knowledgeable, honest, very personable, understanding, accommodating in arranging and meeting with us, and we felt absolutely no pressure from him at any time. The sales manager Mo was also top notch in finding the vehicle we wanted and making our overall experience at Bank Street Mazda enjoyable. Chris who performed the pre delivery inspection with us also exceeded expectations. This was our first purchase of a Mazda and we will be return customers for sure to this dealership in the future.
