I sold my car to Mazda. Puncham was the acquisition manager who reached out to me. I was so worried about the process but He was so professional and detailed about the process. From the moment i visited their website looking at vehicles, the service I received has been wonderful. I dealt with Charles and Sully. There were both a pleasure to work with. Charles was pleasant to deal with. He was patient and answered a lot of my questions. Sully is very knowledgeable and was also great to deal with. All round wonderful experience!

Wonderful experience at the Bank St Mazda over the past week! Eddy is extremely professional, courteous and patient. I should also mention thorough! He took the time to show me many of the great features of the CX-50 during my test drive, whether in car features or calling out what to feel for in different drive modes. Then once I made the purchase, he spent additional time showing me and helping to set up many settings. That was greatly appreciated!! I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Sully! Also professional and patient in answering my many questions. Thank you to the outstanding service at Bank St Mazda. I would not hesitate to refer to them to anyone.
