Purchased a new car from this dealer. They have failed to provide the Bill of Sale. I was only handed a work sheet. This failure to provide proper documentation is causing issues with the insurance company. I have been in contact with the dealer for over two weeks to resolve this issue. They appear to be unable to provide a Bill of Sale! Is this even legal?

I spent about a month searching for a new car. Went to a total of around 10 dealers around Ottawa/Gatineau. I chose this one because Charles, the sales associate was the only one out of all other dealerships who did not pressure me into buying a car. So sleazy sales tactics, just simple human interaction showing me the pros and cons of the vehicle I was interested in. The staff here are very welcoming. He was knowledgeable, open to negotiations and kind. Was easy to talk to and answered all my questions as a walk in. I purchased a new CX-5 From him, and have no complaints only praise. Happy to have given my business here. Thank you Charles! PS cx-5 is awesome

Recently purchased a vehicle for my wife. Zak was our salesperson, and you couldn’t find a more caring and thoughtful person. His after sale service was amazing. He is the ONLY reason we will service my wife’s vehicle here.

This is a great dealership. Imad Fadel really helped me out and took his time with me. He spent over 2 hours helping to find the best option for me and overall I left with a really good deal and I car I love. Highly recommend this team, everyone from reception to management was great and all very friendly! Thanks again guys!
