I was left with a hefty >$8,000 bill after having to replace the turbocharger (and everything that goes with it) in a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 that I purchased from this lot (replaced at a different Chrysler dealership). I should've realized that the truck was down on power from the day that I purchased it, but I unfortunately did not have much of a baseline since it is a daily driver for me (work and back, ~30km highway driving). The management and staff shrugged their shoulders and said essentially said "too bad" after I confronted them, and now I'm left with a big bill. I do not recommend buying any used vehicles from this lot. You'd expect from Chrysler dealership that they'd do their due diligence on a vehicle prior to putting it up for sale, but I just don't think it was the case. Again, don't buy a used vehicle from here unless you're looking to pay a great deal extra for repairs.

Our position is that when the vehicle left our lot, everything met or exceeded the AB/SK Out of province inspection standards, and fully passed the AMVIC inspection. This was confirmed by the third party inspection BC Out of Province inspection you procured, which completely agreed with our assessments. Our voluntary policy on used vehicles whose manufacturer's warranty has expired, which was clearly communicated, is that if anything went wrong on within the first 500 km or 1st month, that we would take care of it, to show we confidently stand behind our inspections. The reason we are unable to assist you is that you were far past that threshold with over 10,000 km and 5 months having passed. We absolutely follow through on our promises and commitments, and take a lot of pride in how we look after our customers with fair and reasonable policies.

My experience was good. There was a problem installing the ignition modual and I was expecting a transmission flush as well. I was given a loaner until the next day and everything went well from that point onward. My only concern was observing one or two employees without masks in close contact and in conversstion with other employees who were masked. One employee was in a hurry and rushed past me within 3 feet of me (unmasked) violating my personal space. I have been self isolated for more than a year now with my wife who has severe underlying conditions. So incidents like this are not only dangerous, but a personal asult on my personal space that I require for self distancing. I understand that everybody has their own opinions and rights, but violating other individual rights of personal space or having upclose conversations with masked employees is a violation of evetybodies personal rights to protect themselves as well as family and extended family members. Thank you for taking the time to read this personal post.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Took my Jeep there to get the heater core replaced and they broke interior pieces and when called out they first denied it. After proving that they did break the parts the service manager agreed to replace one piece. He never got back to me. The also put the dash back together wrong so the heater controls didn't work so they had to take the Jeep back and do it again. I will never give them another penny.and

The guys got the work done, but it did take 3 trips to get it done. I needed an update for my radio head unit and it took three tries to update it with the correct software after I specifically told them the update that was needed that i had found online. But the waiting area is nice, the coffee is great and the staff were all professional and courteous.
