Great service from the service writers. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A big part of the reason I buy Ram trucks is the service I receive from the service department. Top Notch!

As detailed in the title. Bought used, noticed heated seats wernt working on the test drive. Mentioned it needed fixed. They acknowledged later that they had said it was fixed... it was never fixed at the time. 6 months later, when COVID allowed me to take it back to the dealer, had to argue with them for weeks to get the cost of the fix reduced to only ~$300. Should have been free. Paid for that fix when i bought the vehicle for $60,000 in the first place.

Had a battery boost this morning on our 2001 Neon. Then called Denham parts, Talked to Chad, I believe. Didn't have a battery in stock, but said could have one within 40 minutes- so I went there in half an hour & they had the battery waiting & installed it immediately. Great service. Thank you so much.
