I recently purchased a 2023 CRV Hybrid from West City Honda. My experience working with Pat Hegarty was great. He was attentive to my needs and requirements, thoroughly explained various packages and what I may be interested in. He provided almost weekly text updates on delivery of the vehicle. They were accommodating with delivery as I couldn't make the date/times they had suggested. I also had a chat with Sean, their Sales Manager - very friendly, and nice person. I would highly recommend both Pat Hegarty and West City Honda.

From the time I messaged Scott online to meeting him in person, was such a great experience. He knew I was nervous as I had never had anything but a GM before, but he made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had for him. Also, if you have to finance or have any questions, Stephanie is amazing and will help you anyway she can. I highly recommend to anyone getting a new vehicle to go to West City Honda, you won't be disappointed 😉

Shane lee went above and beyond to assist me. He was able to see me with only a few mins until close and came outside in -30 degrees. I always attend this location for their wonderful service but Shane really impressed me. It reminded me of service you would get a small town dealership. I highly recommend dealing with Shane & the west city Honda team.

Our experience buying a vehicle from the West City Honda dealership was 5-star from start to finish. Our salesperson, Scott Hunter, was professional, personable, knowledgeable. He put no pressure on us, kept us in control of the situation, and was in general a solid human being throughout the sales process. Stephanie Elder, the business manager, was another highlight of our experience at Honda. She was kind, easy to reach, flexible, and also had a no-pressure attitude. Forget about your preconceived notions of buying a car (sleazy hustlers etc.) - at West City Honda, buying a vehicle will be a pleasant experience through and through!

I bought a new HR-V in September. I had bought my last car from west city Honda and had a good experience, so I decided to go back. The sales person was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I actually had a good time buying the car. Trish, the person selling me the car said it would be delivered in December. Trish kept me informed of possible delivery dates as they were rescheduled. Eventually I was told that the car I had ordered was most likely not going to be delivered. Trish and I then worked out a deal to buy a higher model off the lot that I could live with. It was a stressful time but I found Trish extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions. Picked up the car yesterday and came away with a new car and feeling positive about my experience buying a car even though it took 5 months.

I had a very good experience picking up my new car from West City Honda. Bob was very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and supplied the right car for a good price. Stephanie handled the paperwork, and licensing of the new vehicle with no fuss. They showed me all the features of the new car. Overall I was very satisfied with the Professionalism and knowledgeable staff.
