Very very poor service, Untrained staff, they charged me alot of money for my serivce and they didnt even do it fully, my tire’s air are still less as i already told them before handling my keys. For oil change and air filter change they took 2 and half hours or may be more . Never gonna come again.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

From the moment I started looking at a couple of vehicles on the lot, I was greeted by a helpful lady. Named trish filled me on on details about possible cars and then we continued on to the office area. Any questions I had were answered by Trish and the manager Kris. I did not feel pressured in any way and was able to obtain information I needed in deciding to try and obtain a vehicle. Another employee started an inquiry to obtain my civic lx and one was found shortly after. I now have my car and enjoying it as I continue to learn about the many functions!

Had great service when looking for a used suv. Boris was more than accommodating and helped with all the questions and inquiries I had(which was many) everyone we met there was happy and friendly. Definitely enjoyed buying a vehicle from them.

Great experience as usual purchasing a vehicle at West City Honda! This is our 7th Honda purchased at this dealership and we have always been very pleased. Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They always are able to answer any questions and when we have our vehicles serviced there, they always advise us on what needs to be done and we always feel confident that they are doing what is necessary. No complaints at all with West City Honda! Highly recommend!
