Due to supply issues in my area I expanded my search and found the perfect Signature CX-5 at Gary Moe Mazda. Salesperson Amelia, and Business Manager Renee, assisted with licensing and insurance questions, making it surprisingly simple to purchase out of province. I am very happy with my new CX-5!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. Took forever (over 3 months) to get the correct part ordered, with little to no follow up from their staff- had to physically get the part myself because their follow through is horrendous. As for contact, I have numerous times and do not wish to waste any more of my time.

I bought my first car from this dealership. I was really nervous about the whole process, but Amelia made the process super easy and comfortable! I had emailed initially requesting a quote for a credit inquiry, and Amelia reached out with a few options that would suit my needs. When I went out to see what they had in the lot, Amelia had picked out the option she thought would be best. And she was right! I took the vehicle for a quick test drive and knew it was the one I wanted. Thanks Amelia, and to the rest of the Gary Moe Mazda team, for making the process so simple and painless!

I tried several dealerships in Red deer before going to mazda and found the experience amazing! Many dealerships were pushing for financing when I really wanted to lease. Mazda listened to me and came up with several options for me,within my budget. I have been driving my car a few months now and I am loving my SUV. Terrible customer service by Todd today. Edit* Todd, how would you know what the call was about after cutting me off after a quick hello/how are you? How can you say that I called to sell you a product without knowing what we do or what the purpose of the call was? We’re not even a lead generation company. I called back because I wanted to explain to you that it’s not fun taking cold calls and trust me, it’s not fun making them either; if you were having a bad day/simply not wanting to talk that day- we could have connect a different day. That’s what I had explained to the receptionist. If I had called interested in a new Mazda, for a client I had lined up, would you have stayed on the phone or perhaps a client who was looking to sell you their Mazda for your pre-owned department? If you had open mind or had you at least taken the second call when I called back right away, we would have had a better understanding of each other. From there, if you don’t see value in what I was offering, I could have just never called you again and stayed in good terms. Not every solution/every car fits the needs for everyone- I wasn’t looking to fit a square peg in a round hole. I wanted to help you and other dealers in the group make another ~$30k this month. But the message was clear, you’re not interested in making more revenue or selling any cars. Maybe you’re just not the right point of contact.

Andrew called into the store looking to sell a Lead Product, I let Andrew know that I was not interested in his product and hung up the phone. For a so called professional that is in Sales I would have to say that this is not the way to earn business. If you are in Sales (Inside / Outside) then you should be prepared for rejection, not everyone is going to say yes. Calling back and belittling our receptionist certainly will not earn you any business from our location or any of the groups locations. I would recommend in future that you reach out and make an appointment send a invitation request, like yourself we are a business we do not have time to field several telemarketing based pitches. On an end note, I was the customer, I told you I was not interested. Your reactions from that point on say a lot more about what type of person you are. Your review is based on you being the customer and that is not the case.
