Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the service guy. If it wasn’t for him it’d be a 1 star. After only a week of having a car I bought right out, not only does the AC not work, but evap system is failing as well. And they won’t fix it. Like seriously? After a week? I will NEVER RECOMMEND THESE CONS EVER AGAIN! Go some where else cause they guys only care about your money, not you.

Daniel We never said that we would not help you out on the repairs we said that we would not pay for them. Our vehicles do come with a 3 Month / 5000km powertrain warranty, the issues that you are having are not Safety or Powertrain related. You were also offered an Extended Warranty when you purchased your vehicle that you declined at time of sale. It is very unfortunate that an issue occurred shortly after purchase, should you choose to repair the issues with us we are willing to assist you, just not fully cover the AC / Evap repair. Also when you picked up your vehicle the AC was working properly as you stated to the Service Department and your Salesperson, this was not an unknown issue.

Went to purchase new vehicle everything was going well until Todd Hennessey the sales manager joined in, he was rude and pushy. He even told me he was doing an extra charge to circumvent Mazda Red Deer's dealer agreement with Mazda because he could, super shady be wary.

Paul, Thank you for your review, I was very open and upfront with our packages, what I explained to you about Mazda is that Mazda Canada does not allow us as Dealers to charge a Documentation Fee. We do add packages to our vehicles that bring benefits to you the customer. For customers that wish to not have the packages we also offer Factory Orders, we do not remove products from vehicles that have already had them applied.

I bought my new CX5 at the beginning of May after ordering it in January. So very happy with my vehicle and the excellent service I received from Amelia Hills with her pleasant demeanor and knowledgeable expertise. Jenn in finance is efficient and the entire experience was great! I was respected and valued as a customer.
