Disappointed

Just bought a car and within days a check engine light came on. Courtesy vehicle provides was good though. Just disappointed that new car already had to be serviced. Took that as a "bad sign" of things to come

We needed a car to replace our Mazda which was totalled in an unfortunate accident. After test driving 2 cars, we bought a 2012 Chev Cruze as our rental car was a 2016 Chev Cruise, and we loved it. The 2012 needed some work done to it first and Haldimand Motors had it finished and ready for us to take within a couple of days. They also helped us to get financing and offered us all the incentives to go with it. Overall our experience was one of great ease which was truly appreciated in such a stressful time. Thanks for everything!

I was both surprised and pleased with purchasing my 2012 Hyindai Sonata. I was surprised that there was no negotiation on the price and that I could test drive the car on my own. It made it very easy to decide on what I wanted with no pressure sales. I would recommend Haldimand Motors to anybody. The customer service was excellent. I am so excited to have a new to me car I can truly love.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A better job could've be done on the detailing. Soap residue left in the body and windows. Interior was done well. Thank you Haldimand Motors!

No Pressure Sales

There's so little pressure, you don't even have to talk to a sales person to take your choice for a test drive. But, since they treat you like an expert, you can make a mistake and they'll let you. I almost drove off the lot before arranging to transfer my insurance to the newer car. They let me phone the insurance company, but a reminder would have been nice.
