I really enjoyed my experience at Haldimand Motors, I appreciated not being hounded by a sales agent the entire time I was shopping for a car. Their lot was very well organized by vehicle type and the window stickers were effective in displaying what key information I needed to make quick yes/no decisions. The process to test-drive vehicles was simple and allowed for a number of test drives. My sales rep was very helpful as well.

The experience was very good very friendly and gave great advice. Will always let you test drive the vehicle without them so there is no pressure.

I had great service. These guys never bother you or hound you while you are looking around. They trust you to take the car for a test drive. They had to fix a small tear in the leather/vinyl driver's seat and it was fixed to perfection! I have bought a couple of cars here and also my father's car. Great place to buy a car. It is worth the drive to Cayuga!

Second vehicle I have purchased from Haldimand, most likely will purchase from here in the future again. Sales staff are very helpful, and several minor issues with the vehicle were taken care of right away. I also like the haggle free car buying process, the price you see is the price you pay. sales was perfect - The mechanic who did the brakes on my car forgot to tighten the calliper bracket hold down bolts which he did not need to touch at all since he did not put new rotors or machine the ones on the car - I fixed this myself and removed the excessive lube he used and put new pads on the car because the brakes have been squealing since day one

I liked that I was able to browse on line to narrow down exactly what I was looking for. Surprised to find the amount of vehicles in my price range that were not absolute pieces of crap. Well worth the drive from Stoney Creek.
