The experience was very friendly and professional. That included every person we encountered while we were there. Price and trade were fair and we are enjoying our new truck. One thing I would like to mention, the (I think Armor All) spray you put on the floor mats transferred on to our feet and then onto the floors in our house making the floors very slippery. Just a thought before you spray again. Thank you.

Bought a 2020 Dodge Caravan Crew in summer 2022 with mid 40000 kilometres on it…was assured it was never in an accident and not a rental…turns out to be a headache from day one…using it as a trade in and discover it has been in an accident and was most likely a rental…buy with care…bottom line I should have been more careful

salesman was very helpful and pleasant to talk to ...a little to pushy in regards to the extended warranty issue provided me with the information i needed to make the decision whether to buy or not vehicle was ready for pick up quicker than i expected i apreciated that as i needed the truck to get to work have recomended you to friends.

They sold me a car with no horn. Came “saftied”

Would give 0 stars if I could. I very recently bought a car from haldimand motors. During the original safety, the cars horn was completely overlooked as well as 2 tires and one of the rotors.- yes they sold me a “saftied” car with no horn. After purchasing the car, it has spent more time at haldimand motors than it has on the road. Cars often only come with one key, so beware. The most recent time my car was in the shop, I had mentioned 3 issues, I was told no mechanical work could be completed at the time and the other issue (non mechanical) was completely overlooked causing me to have to make yet another appointment.
