I purchased a 2019 Kia Soul in January 2022 from this dealership and had an amazing, hassle free experience. Brett Walker my sales agent politely answered all my questions which reassured me of my purchase.The car was ready for pick up 4 days after my test drive and very well presented for pick up.I did have some minor vehicle documentation questions after my purchase and the sales team there specifically Peter Hessels was there to answer all my minor questions non related to any mechanical issues.So far the car has been running great and is everything I expected fingers crossed.My experience was pleasurable and the staff here at all levels is knowledgeable, trustworthy and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership for a pre owned vehicle.Thanks again😊👍

Got the car I wanted at good price.Car was thoroughly inspected and detailed before delivery with new brakes and wipers.Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful.My second car purchased here.

I have been a long time client and bought few vehicles in the past 10+ years. Recently drove over an hour and half to see a vehicle. Your Sales rep confirmed that the vehicle i was interested will be ready for road test the followimg day (vehicle wasnt ready for test drive) i waited for a call back for few days and never heard back. This is not the type of setvice i have received from your business in the past. I was planning to purchase the vehicle for myself and a van for my spouse. You lost my trust and my business. By the way the vehicle i wanted to buy is sold. Very disappointed not anymore more loyal client.

I just bought my 2017 Ford Explorer from them, the actual test drive process was very smooth and easy but once I told them that I’m not interested in buying their warranty“ which is over-priced by the way”, their attitude has completely changed even when I went to pick the car, the sales guy who handled the paper work was not kinda arrogant but the thing is I liked the car very much so I didn’t want to walk away just because of that.

There is a really nice feeling when pulling in and being able to view their massive selection of vehicles. It was easy to browse and test-drive anything I wanted without issue. There was a massive low-ball on the pricing of my trade-in which was really frustrating, considering the market. I made $8,000 more going to another dealership on my 2013 Silverado. I would recommend this place for their easy to use car lot and inventory, but I would urge caution when looking for a trade in. If you do a little bit of research on your car, you can get a better value elsewhere without being scammed.
