The "Spring Maintenance Package" is very straight forward, but when I asked for the Aquapel service to be performed again ... Mike wanted to make sure that I realized that my current application should be good for another 3 months. When I said, please reapply, Mike wanted to make sure that I realized that the price was more than last time, not an issue we did it anyway. Mike is always trying to ensure that I have no hidden surprises! Mike treats my Caravan as if it were his own. Thank you Mike!

Darryl is always a pleasure to deal with. Front brakes overhaul and rear brake service this time. His knowledge and understanding of my problems are always handled in a most professional manner. My experiences when dealing with Darryl and on other occasions with each of the other three representative (Namely Mike, Darwin and Norm) is what causes me to return to Oxford Dodge for all my vehicle services. Yes - I have referred others for service at Oxford Dodge and will do so in the future - What more could I say.

Jerry was great and helpful in deciding which car I wanted to purchase . He wasn't pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want . I didn't feel pressured at all he was very kind to me and I would recommend him to anyone I know. ! Great salesperson !!!

This is my third new vehicle from Oxford Dodge and now working on our fourth deal. The warranty visits and all work done in the shop have always been satisfactory, and the personnel are top notch. I have confidence that our relationship will continue for many more years!

Scott's love of cars is evident in his enthusiasm and passion in what he does. He puts the customer first and does what he can to make the customer feel that he is on their side. The test drive that went past closing time and the desire to meet the target price in the the negotiation process all helped to make a pleasurable buying experience.
