My experience was very expensive.

My Jeep was in to have the snow tires removed and the summer tires put on, a rear brake job, piece of mind check and rusting checked into that is happening on the rear hatch door. During the check it was discovered that several areas needed attention on the Jeep that were going to be very costly. My first thought was, but of course and my second was, are any of these covered under the extended warranty I purchased when I purchased the Jeep. In my opinion that is one of the first things that should have been checked prior to giving me the information and costs over phone. However, after I asked the question it was looked into and determined that yes a number of these repairs were covered. One of the areas of concerns that was determined during the check is that the Jeep requires yet again another front end brake job. The Jeep had a front end brake job no that long ago, so I asked the question, what is up with your parts and are they not under warranty like I hear so often in radio advertisements? The response was that they didn't realize that there had been a previous brake job and it was looked into and determined that yes part of the job would be under warranty. The rust on the rear door was still being looked into as no one knew or knows how to handle the specific rust gismo we purchased. Not expressed with that, that does not say a lot for the products and services that are being sold at the time of purchase. Staff need to be knowable of the products and services past and present. The Jeep is a 2008 with less than 60,000 KMS on it. The price that was paid for the Jeep, the purchase of the extended warranty and rust protection plan my expectation for this Jeep was very high. I do love my Jeep and had always wanted one, but I must say I have become very disappointed with the manufacture and some of the ways things have been handled since the big 3 manufacture scandal a couple of years ago. There has been a noticeable change in the service department from when we first purchased our Journey and Jeep and in my opinion not for the better. When I bring my vehicles in for service I do prefer to deal with Darryl as he doesn't lose his cool(what I mean there is he doesn't show it in his expression on his face) he deals with situations well. I would suggest more focus on knowing your customer and what they have in terms of extended warranties. Although my experience was costly, Darryl accommodated my needs and explained the repairs in detail and took the time to go over the bill with me. Thank you Susan Schweyer

Dwayne Pritchett is always professional, friendly and courteous, whenever I bring my Jeep Liberty in for service. He assesses my concerns and always asks if I need a ride or a pick up to a destination. He is quick to call when my vehicle has been assessed by a technician and also when the job is complete. Dwayne puts my mind at ease, that my vehicle is in good hands.

I always love coming into Oxford Dodge. Sometimes, it can feel a little frequent -- but it's warranty work and I'd prefer these issues occur while it's IN warranty rather than outside of it. And it's a car. Are these ever black hole machines of both time and money! Haha. (Note: I love that little Fiat lol) The guys are always respectful and helpful every time I come in. The work has always been professional -- and Jeff, the guy from the body shop, holy hell did he do an amazing job on the back end of the Fiat. There's no trace of any paint peeling at all! I thought I'd see a little bit of "orange peel" effect from a paint job, but I didn't notice a thing. Plus, getting a cab / ride to and from the dealership is terrific. Regarding Darryl specifically? He's the great face of Oxford Dodge that I'm used to seeing when I come in. I rarely see the guys that actually work on the car, but the coordination must be fantastic for how quickly things get done and how well the communication flows between Darryl, myself, and the guys in the back end. June 4th During our initial visit the tech reported NFF. It was driven 18K. Had mentioned parking lot speeds were best to experience conditions described. Time was taken to road test at slower speeds with me. Conditions described were confirmed and an appointment made to investigate. Now someone at the dealership can instruct Tech. So far so good, Thank you

My experience with Mike involved the replacement of a heater element in the Driver's side car seat. I dealt with Mike at the ordering stage and when the service was provided. Mike had a thorough knowledge of the problem as well as the process to solve the issue.

Poor communication with Shuttle

Shuttle was to pick me up at work at 3:30. Unfortunately did not show up at this time. Called at 3:40 and the shuttle driver didn't communicate back to shop and end result was picked up at 4:40pm. Wouldn't normally have been an issue but had an appointment to be back in London for 5 pm which required I go home to Granton first and then back to London. Better communication between shuttle driver and service advisor is recommended. Thanks Mike

Norm is fantastic to work with even when he doesn't have the best news to share.

My car needed the blind spot monitors replaced as they had stopped working. Also, I am experiencing a rattle in the front end of my car. Norm addressed both issues in a timely manner, was polite and courteous. I have dealt with Norm from the onset of my vehicle purchase, as a consumer and new buyer you never want to know or see a service technician as much as I have in the first three years, but I'm glad it has been Norm as he has dealt with me in my most frustrated times and his remained calm, professional and reassuring at all times.
