I just recently purchased a car from Gerry at Oxford Dodge and what a great experience it was. He was very attetative and friendly. From the first initially visit, test driving vehicles to driving off the lot with my new vehicle couldnt be better. The sales/business manager Bob went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that I got my vehicle, is was rocky at first dealing with banks and financing but it the end it all worked out and was well worth the wait. I would definately reccomend Oxford Dodge to anyone for sales or service.

I was looking for a 2013 Journey R/T, I drove on the lot saw exactly what I was looking for, met with Craig to arrange a test drive. After the test drive we pointed out a fender ding which Craig advised would be taken care of on sale, we negotiated a price & closed the deal. The whole process took about 1/2 hour. Craig was very approachable, friendly & professional!

I booked an oil change and had them look at a couple of items before the warranty period ended. They completed the job quickly and ordered a part for the warranty job. I have nothing but good experiences with the service at Oxford Dodge since buying a car from them three years ago.

It was great not having to wait when I first got there with my van and we were shuttled to do our shopping right away. The only thing was that it took longer to get a shuttle back! But overall experience was great!

We had been shopping for a long time, for a particular vehicle. Luckily the vehicle we wanted was traded at Oxford Dodge and we were contacted by Todd. We quickly made the trip to see the truck and it was exactly as described by the salesperson. Everything was handled well and expediently, to our complete satisfaction. We would recommend Oxford Dodge at every opportunity.
