very exciting

Archie was very fun and help us find the right deal for what we were looking for. I would definitely deal with Archie again. My family is very happy with our buy and can't wait to go camping and try out the stow and go. Who needs a tent, stow and go is the way to go.

Brad went above and beyond my expectations. The night my wife and I took possession of our vehicle Brad had received a heart wrenching news about a close friend which would have made it impossible to continue on with the deal at that time for most. To my surprise Brad finished the closing of our deal right down to personally changing our plates from our old vehicle to the new one. From beginning to end Brad was right there. In a day where most are only worried about the all mighty dollar it was refreshing to have quite an exceptional salesperson. I hope he is doing well after his news that night and look forward to dealing with him in the future.

I experienced what I thought was a transmission problem - warning light went on, would only stay in one gear. On calling the service dept I spoke with Norm who said to bring the car right over (he 1st checked to make certain I thought it was driveable). Within several hours I had my car back. Turned out it wouldn't demonstrate the problem while in their care.

not good customer service in quick lube the service advisors were excellent

I went to Oxford Dodge to have my winter tires removed. After waiting in the quick lube line when it was my turn for service I was told they were no longer allowed to change tires in quick lube and I needed to book an appointment with the service department When I went to the service department they told me the next appointment for times was in one week but they would try to accomodate me today as I was a regular customer and had already waited in the quick lube line. I ended up waiting for over an hour to have my tires changes. I was outside the building waiting and there were no customers in the quick lube for the entire hour that I waited but was told by Quick lube this was a new policy and they were not allowed to remove my tires. So while I waited there were three or four employees that sat and chatted in the Quick lube. I consider this awful customer service. If this service was no longer being offered I should have been sent an email to advise me. I was also not pleased that the price to have tires switches had increased at least fourty percent from when my tires winter tires were put on
