I brought my van in for the twice a year seasonal tire switch over. I dropped it off and the Mike did a walk around of my van and pointed out any marks on the van, this I appreciated since my van is not new I do take pride in its appearance. I was called before the end of the day and the van was competed (the van was booked in for Thursday at 10 but they managed to get it done on Wednesday) I picked the van up all washed. I went to supper with my sons and when walking to the van to the drivers side I saw the bottom of the door bent up. I opened the door and looked and there was no damage at all to the sill only the door. Having experience working in a garage years back the only way that damage could happen is if the vehicle was lowered and the door hit something causing it to push it upward. I called in and will be meeting in the morning to discuss the repair of the door. I have had my wife's and my vans serviced there and this is the first time anyone has ever done a pre service walk around and this leads me to believe that something happened to someone lese and this is a preventative measure.

I love going to get my oil changed at Oxford dodge. It so easy I drive up and they do the rest. Its so fast & easy. Very Pleased.

I had my vehicle repaired as a result of an insurance claim. It was very easy and straight forward. The repairs look good and it was done on time. I was taken care of as soon as I showed up. No complaints, all around good service!

We walked into the dealership not planning on buying but the service we received by all involved made us feel comfortable in making that decision to buy that day. The staff made the process easy and did not pressure is in anyway. Our questions were answered and the Oxford Dodge team were up front in explaining the vehicle, the service, the warranty and also the payment plan. This decision was easy to make in our minds. No salesman pitches to entice us, in fact it was opposite, a respectful yet humurous approach put us at ease and the mutual respect was evident. The Oxford Dodge team listened to our concerns and were able to address them to a mutual satisfaction. We hope our future visits are dealt with and managed the way we experienced it.

Dwayne As you recall I asked for my tire rotation to be in the "X" pattern rotation. LT-R to RT-F, RT-R to LT-F and then RT-F to RT-R and LT-F to LT-R. All the person did was switch side to side LT-R to RT-R and RT-R to LT-R I have no idea how the front tires were done. To be truthful, I had the rear ties marked so I know how they were rotated. I had to come home and rotate them the way I requested in the 1st place. I known we are human and make mistakes, I do so that's the end of it for me. Since you asked, Larry Hudson

I brought my van to Oxford Dodge for an oil change, have the winter tires removed and get the all season tires put on. The service advisor was pleasant, gave an accurate estimate of the total price and also accurately estimated the time it would take. All the staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Put on summer tires, replaced a running light bulb and fixed a rattle. I'm always pleased to see the cost matching the estimate. Mike obviously did a good job describing my question about an annoying rattle; problem was fixed and the cost was $0.00. Too bad your computer system requires so many keystrokes by Mike and the other guys. The place was really busy when I picked up th ecar but folks at the desk were cheerfu, efficient and helpul.

HI Dwayne, My biggest disapapointment was making a long trip for nothing, as well as the extra cost . I was told my car was ready on Tuesady so I drove all the way (1.5 hours) to London and paid my bill but only to find the engine light was still on as I was driving away.. It is now Thursday and I dropped the car off on Monday..Although a car rental was supplied it has cost me $60.00 for extra insurance and over $50.00 dollars (receipts to show) in gasoline. Tthe rental is a gas guzzler. I could have driven for 2 weeks around town for that same amount. That is a total of $110.00 dollars out of my pocket for a light !!! By the way, this has been the 4th time that this problem has been looked into.. On the first occasion I drove to Windsor in a panic to have it checked out. I have been very pleased with your service in the past and I understand mistakes can happen. However, I would be a much happier customer if my expenses had been completely covered.. After all I did pay a lot of money for the extra warranty and have been without my car for 4 days now.. I remain yours truly
