My car was checked in by Mike promptly and was ready on time. Having it run through the car wash was a nice bonus after all the nasty winter weather.

Everything has been great. I 've never had a poor experience regardless of what the problem was. Honestly if it wasn't for Mike I could be driving a Honda, or GM, or a Ford but I won't as long as Mike along with Oxford offer top notch service the way they have for I don't know how many years but this is my third Grand Cherokee and I've had three Dodge vans and long ago a Chrysler 5 th Avenue and Dodge Shadow all of them over the past 30 years or so. Never been without a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge in my drive and lots of times I've had 2 of them. Need I say more.

My family and I have dealt with Wayne on many occasions throughout the years and have always been extremely pleased. My Dad counted the number of vehicles we have purchased with Mr Crisp and I think it was approaching the even dozen mark. Wayne is always a pleasure to deal with. Never pushy or abrasive as many car sales men are perceived to be by the public. Always genuine and down to earth and able to steer me in the right direction when required. Hoping he is still available when we purchase another car in a few years time. Great job Wayne!!

The experience was great at first, could not have asked for a better salesman nor help from the whole team. However, once the purchase of my new Jeep was done and what I thought was to be the vehicle of my dreams... it rapidly declined when after I got it home and had it at home I discovered that my "brand new: vehicle actual had been sold to me with damage along the front roof line, paint chips, dents and missing paint on top roof panel. so for me to have paid full price for a brand new jeep was a bit disheartening because now I look at is as having paid new price for a damaged vehicle when a used vehicle would have been in same or better condition and cheaper. I will always have a "fixed" new vehicle, never having been in perfect condition and yet I paid all that money. Yes, you fixed it for free but the point of the matter is, why was it sold to me with damage, and a new vehicle had to be fixed. They did a great job in the collision department and it looks brand new but I will always know. So for a first time buyer of a new vehicle, this greatly saddens the experience. Somewhere along the line with the Jeep, the damage was missed. How could it have got missed? These are questions that will never get answered, and blame has been shuffled around with the answers of "lets just agree to disagree and you should be thankful we fixed it for free". Seriously, it was rusting. I had only had it 3 weeks in not bad weather and it being kept in a garage, not sitting out in the elements and you could tell that it had been driven under or hit something that had rails because the dents were the same on both sides of the roof. The response I got was frustrating and reading between the lines was more pointing a finger of blame at me instead of accepting responsibility by the company. You can imagine how frustrating this is for a person.

One star shy of 'Lived it' because no one really likes giving their car up for the day! The drivers that take me to and from work are always wonderful and Mike connects on a personable level, which makes the day much more pleasant! My tires were changed on the same day despite to big rush of the season, thanks to the service manager who took care of that for me! It's a comfortable experience dealing with the service department!

I just dropped in to look for a used small truck and found one in their lot just what I wanted. Chris was very willing to help us and the process didn't take long.

This service consisted of an oil change, tire change (remove winters), brake inspection, and one of the rear seat heater buttons not functioning properly. Dwayne is always thorough in getting all of the facts concerning my 'car needs'. He is friendly, informative and respectful. He doesn't talk down to me - he explains what needs to be done, specifically since that is what I want and expect. He doesn't just 'pat me on the head' and say that 'they will take care of it.' I like to be specifically informed with details and he provides those in a respectful manner, not in a condescending one. He is good with updating me on what is going on and has a good sense of timing in terms of when my vehicle will be ready. Ryan is an excellent mechanic and I trust him to fix whatever is wrong with my vehicle. I take care of my vehicle and expect my mechanic to take equally good care of it - Ryan does that. I choose to let only Ryan service my vehicle whenever possible because of his level of skill and care.
