There was a line up of cars but Norm was doing his best to get everyone through as quick as possible and keeping a friendly demener about him.

On my last visit I have a short interaction with Dwayne. Dwayne was respectful and attentive to my needs. I dropped my older van off for an emissions test. Even though this was a minor event, Dwayne ensured that any questions that I did have were answered.

Excellent service from Archie. All our questions were answered and we felt no sales pressure which allowed us to take our time before deciding to purchase our new car from Oxford Dodge. Would reccommend Archie and Oxford Dodge to anyone of our family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle.

Darryl ensured that we were most satisfied with the service. He even went much further

We took our mini van in to have a spot in the carpet investigated, and Darryl and team investigated the issue and found to be dog urine. The mechanic cleaned the spot, Darryl explained the problem and solved the problem to our satisfaction. The brakes were even checked and a minor repair completed on the entire brakes system. The mechanic even located a wheel bearing which required replacement. We are not experts on vehicle maintenance and fully appreciate his "going far beyond the normal" approach to service. Very, very pleased

I've been a faithful Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep customer since 1980 when I purchased my second car at Oxford Dodge. Since that time, I have owned a Chrysler Laser, a Plymouth Neon, Dodge Neon, Chrysler Intrepid, Dodge Dakota Quad Cab, Jeep Liberty and now on my second Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Since relocating to London back in mid 2007, I have had my cars serviced at Oxford Dodge. it only made sense when it was time to get a new vehicle to go back there. Over the last couple of years I had toyed with getting my second Wrangler Unlimited and after speaking with Craig on and off during this time I decided to bite the bullet and get a new Jeep. Thanks Oxford Dodge, Craig my Sales Associate and Bob in the Business office, for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! Rebecca

Despite making appointments (sometimes having to wait two weeks for service), my car has never been ready within the time frame that has been stated. My husband has to coordinate his day with me to ensure I have access to his vehicle, and we make plans based on the timing we are provided. Sadly, we are often not even given a courtesy call to say the car won't be ready. Knowing this, we call before we pick up. My last dealership was stellar in comparison. They made me feel important when I arrived. I felt the team knew me by name, communicated regularly and a car was offered for me to use if I was in need. The icing on the cake was that my car was clean inside and out. Oxford Dodge did send home a clean car on my last visit. That was a very pleasant surprise.
