Its been a couple of weeks since we picked up our new CRV. Its the 5th vehicle we have purchased at Brantford Honda and as usual, the folks were great. They listened to our needs, answered our questions, and genuinely cared about getting us into the right vehicle. We love the CRV, especially the power lift gate and the touch screen entertainment center. If you are looking for a great vehicle, and are in the Brantford area, go see Scott and tell him we sent you! (They even have good coffee).

worst dealer in canada

Krista pikula and the finance lady both lied with the amount and interest rate before purchase and when i went to do the paper work, the amount was different and also the disclosure of contact an purchase document was not done by them. Tons of fraud and dozens of lie.

I went in to get an emissions test and new wipers for my Honda Civic. I was able to make the appointment over the phone and get the date and time I requested. My car was taken in immediately, and I got a good coffee while I waited. It was ready before it was promised and the bill payment fast and easy. They even washed my 15 yr old car.

Just went to get my windshield wiper blade inserts replaced. Took all of 5 mins at this awesome service drive thru! What a concept! And only had to pay for the inserts - no labour charge. Thanks Honda!!

This was my first time visiting Brantford Honda. This being only my second oil change on my 'new to me' Civic, I wanted to make sure even the smallest job was done by certified Honda techs. I had a great experience. I was greeted right away by the service advisor, and all my information was taken, what I can expect, which service codes mean what, had a price up front. In the time it took me to finish my complimentary coffee, my service was finished. Great service. Friendly staff. A+.
