I had my winter tires installed. When I called to book the appointment I was given the price to install the tires. When I got to the appointment 1 1/2 days later, Adam told me of the special offer to balance and align the tires. I felt I should have known about this option earlier. This was not Adam's fault as he was not the person I spoke to on the phone.

Service at the service desk was great and fun. Could not have been better. But, I few days later I noticed that the centre piece of my hubcaps, the piece with the Honda logo, was missing. Also, driving to the airport a week later the TPMS indicator light went on. I couldn't do anything about it as I had to catch a flight but am worried that I will have a flat when I return in early December. I either ran over something or maybe there was a problem with the tire installation. I will wait and see.

the change to winter tires was done in the time frame the technician indicated, he also answered my question regarding the next oil change, and was more than happy to check and top up the windshield washer fluid in my car

John and other staff were polite and courteous at all times. I felt we were being dealt with respect and complete attention. We came to aggreement and the rest of the process was really simple for us requiring minimal effort.
