Took Care of My Every Need

I hadn't bought a new car in 16 years so I had a lot of questions and a huge learning curve navigating all the new bells and whistles. Everyone was eager to show me how to operate my new car and were incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you to the whole team at Mercedes Benz Saskatoon. I truly appreciate it.

Jennifer greeted us with a smile & open greeting. She introduced herself & I explained that I was actually going to ask for her because she had had a great recommmendation on line. We got off to a productive start and my friend & I both test drove the vehicle I was interested in..the GLK350..it just happenened that a Service Vehicle was available in my choice color red, so after a good test drive we got down to business regarding finances. I then met with the Financial Manager to discuss various Plans..We all had some good friendly banter about my new vehicle. Serveral days later I went in for a more comprehensive explananation of all the crossover's features & test drove again, both with Jennifer & on my own...By this time I felt very comfortable with most aspects of the vehicle thanks to Jennifer's clear explanantions & knowledge of the car's operation. Days later I purchased it!

Everyone in the purchasing process was a pleasure to work with. The sales people were professional and respectful. There were no high pressure sales tactics. The finance person was very helpful in providing me with a few scenarios to consider and then letting me decide which option fit the best for me. Great care was taken to get the gently used car ready for me. It looked and felt brand new. I could not be happier!!

Staff were courteous and accommodating, and always in a positive mood even when a service to our vehicle took a lot longer than anyone had anticipated. Customer service never felt rushed. Throughout the car buying experience I appreciated being addressed by name on any return trips I had with questions, the experience felt more fulfilling, having developed a closer relationship than just buyer/seller.

Upon walking into the dealership my son and I were greeted with a smile. The vehicle that I was looking at was available to be viewed and was described in detail. My questions and requirements were answered and pointed out with accuracy and humour. We were given the opportunity to both take the car for a test drive with Jennifer and then to have the car on our own. Once my decision to buy was made the rest of the purchasing process was initiated with both explanation and expediency. The staff that I dealt with were both professional and warm. My experience was very positive and I thank them for making the day both memorable and fun! Norma

I went in looking for a used vehicle. I was taken for a test drive with a great sales associate who answered all of my questions and told me everything there was to know about the vehicle. After the test drive we I took the vehicle to pick up my wife and we agreed it was the right vehicle for us. The sales associate made it very easy to complete the financing and took very good care of us as did everybody else At Mercedes.
