I was thoroughly satisfied with the sales service I received from Tim Hoover at Mercedes Saskatoon. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. He also listens well which is a desirable trait in a sales person. I highly recommend him to you if you are in search of a new vehicle.

The first experience I had walking into the dealership and approaching the desk was not comfortable at all. I was not acknowledged right away as I apporoached the desk. The sales manager came to congratulate me on getting my new vehicle and to let me know that Tim the sales person would back shortly. Tim was great and very informative and should me all I needed to know. He also made me feel comfortable letting me know I could call anytime to ask questions. Scott and Tim made picking up my New Tupperware Mercedes ML 400 very exciting. Thank you for the great customer service.
