Jen is a class act..... knowledgable, and helpful and never any pressure!! She's available to answer any question you may have and always willing to go that extra mile!! The whole team at Mercedes is fabulous!! From the wonderful people at the front to the finance team to the management themselves it's always a fun time. That why I keep going back!! We went to four different dealerships in one day and Mercedes was the best customer service. Jennifer was very welcoming as soon as we walked in the doors. She was very thorough at answering any questions we had about the GLK and showing us the options. Kelly in the finance department was also very helpful. Overall friendly staff and great experience. Would definately purchase from there again.

A couple weeks ago I was at coop in stone bridge and they put gas in my wife's new diesel suv. The Veichle was taken over to mercedes to get fixed and was returned a few days later.

When I traded my 2012 GLK last spring in Saskatoon, it had new snow tires purchased from the Regina Mercedes dealership which Saskatoon stored over the summer for me. When Saskatoon Mercedes was to put them on in October, they discovered they were not the correct tires or rimes for a GLK. This was just the last of unsatisfactory disservice dealings with Regina Mercedes, and the reason I went to Saskatoon Mercedes for my 2014 GLK, but I digress. Although this still cost me about $1200.00, The Saskatoon staff were professional and caring in their handling of this situation. I can buy a car anywhere but I will go out of my way for good service. I live in Weyburn,SK and now have to drive 41/2 hrs for service in Saskatoon, but it is well worth the trip. I feel I can trust to staff in Saskatoon to keep me safely on the road. Katie Lumb

The only recommendation I would have is to have better weekend hours. My husband and I were pleased with the service provided to both our vehicles.
