knowledgeable, pleasant, professional and personable, the drawback for us in particular is that we are from outsude the city so it can become problemic to bring the vec in for service and then have to have it possibly have to be leave there for an entire day for work (B service?????) that wont take a full day; staff are accomodating with time adjustments and loaner vec. Staff do go the extra mile to move good workmanship to great!

Adjusted drop off time to meet my schedule. Sent a car out to get me later in day and staff stayed after hours to get my car back in one day
