I am a new driver, and have been to many dealerships in the past couple of months, limestone auto was by far the best dealership i have ever been too, Rob and Frank are the most honest guys, very good experience, i highly suggest limestone auto to anybody looking for a vehicle.

The Very Best Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had. I Highly Recommend Limestone

I have owned a number of cars, both new and used, and I will say unequivocally that my experience with Limestone Motor Cars is head and shoulders above everyone else. There is really no other place in the GTA that you should go to buy a used car. If you are looking for no-pressure, honest, high integrity business ethics in your dealings with used car dealers, go to Limestone. You will not be disappointed, and yes, I can personally validate that the online reviews are completely reflective of my own experience. I was looking for a 2007-2009 Acura MDX. I have visited a number dealers in the GTA, and I will tell you this - irrespective of how fancy of a showroom a place may have, or the sheer quantity of their car inventory, it does not make any difference if the dealer is not honest or does not accurately reflect ALL of the aspects of the car. Unfortunately, the historically negative stereotype of used car dealers rings true. I was pretty discouraged at my experience until I decided to broaden my search to north of Toronto, where I discovered Limestone. After reading the exceptionally positive reviews, I thought I would contact them with some questions, Rob from Limestone quickly contacted me back with the answers to my questions and invited me out to come test drive an MDX that they had in their inventory. In looking at the description, I was both intrigued and impressed. No silly additional fees. Carproof included and sent to me before my visit. Looks like Limestone took great detail to describe where the car came from, and some past history on it. Further, certification/emissions test were included in the price. I showed up the following Monday to meet Rob and test drive. Immediately, I found Rob down to earth, affable, and easy going. He was friendly, answered my questions, and already had the car out ready for me first thing in the morning when they opened. He suggested I take the car by myself for a spin for as long as I like (of course I gave him a copy of my driver's license). I was pleasantly surprised and asked if he was sure. He said absolutely, as people don't want a sales guy sitting there with them. I happily accepted the offer and took the car out for half an hour. I absolutely loved the vehicle. It matched the description of being in great shape, and while it was raining that day, I was able to drive it on the local roads, on the highway, and stopped on a side street to tinker with all the technology in the car. Everything worked great, and it wasn't long into the test drive that I decided that I wanted to buy the car. Brought it back to Rob, and said, "yeah, I will take it". Rob offered the extended warranty, but there was no pressure unlike other places. We were able to negotiate some work on the car that was done such as some minor body work as part of the deal. Further, they agreed to replace all four brake rotors and pads with premium ones and then brought the car to an Acura dealership to get the shocks replaced (this MDX is a sport model so the shocks are not cheap. But they were included, and Rob also told me that a power steering pump was changed out as a result of a recall as well). On Friday I picked up the car we had scheduled and all the work was done and it was an awesome experience. I also mentioned to Rob I had to get my kids from school so he had all the paperwork ready. Throughout the entire process, Rob was both cognizant and mindful of my time, and it speaks highly of his focus towards customer service. Now, no review is complete without giving some areas of improvement and the only one I would suggest (and this is really minor, but I thought I'd mention it) would be to top off the gas in a vehicle being received from the customer. I had about 1/4 tank left when I picked up and while again it is not a big deal, it would have been nice if I didn't have to refill the tank a day or two later. Just a suggestion, that's all. I absolutely love the new (to me) car. But what I love more is that I finally found a place where not only I will buy future vehicles with the full confidence that I will not be ripped off, but a place with which I can highly recommend to anyone else. Dealers like Limestone deserve to be recognized for the customer focus and professionalism which is often missing nowadays. There is almost a part of me that wishes my other car at home would die so that gives me another excuse to go to Limestone to buy my next vehicle. Thanks to Rob and Limestone Motor Cars, for making this car buying experience such a positive one!

Visited the car lot with my brother. He wanted to buy a car and frank was serving us that day.. he was fabulous and knowledgeable about the cats. Frank showed my brothers some cars and answered all the questions he had. A very good experience at lysine motor cars all around.
