Naz was very professional, he provided support during the lease process, answered all questions, and even took time to give extra clarifications over the phone when I called inquiring about some details of my contract. Thank you Naz for making our Kia experience so great:)

Abby the service manager at Kia on Huntclub went above and beyond for me!! Even tho my parts and service were covered under warranty she made sure I was taken care of right! Had to wait for parts but that’s ok! She filled my gas tank not once but twice to make sure I would not run out of gas! (Had issues with gas gauge not working properly!) Thank you to the crew at Kia on Huntclub for their very professional service and treating me like gold!! A special thank you to Abby! 😉

Peter at the “service and parts” department was very helpful and accurate with the dates. But the sales people on Saturday were not nice and helpful. This is why 4 stars. But service department works very neat!

My brand new car broke last night on the bridge between Ottawa and Gatineau. Thank God I was towed to dealership … once I arrived in the morning service was closed and the guy at the reception was not helpful and insisted that I leave!!!! So my car is not moving… I’m 100 km away from home… so just NEWER buy Kia! And this is the most horrible service in the whole world!!!!!

Was lured there by an ad for a car with a good price but that car never existed, you can immediately see it on their faces that they were confused at the ad I showed them and so they had to make something up. I got there on time for my appointment and the salesman I was meeting was no where to be found. They sent me in the yard in the cold to go look for the car, no doubt a tactic to look at other cars, they made me wait for over half an hour to tell me the car sold on the day I made the appointment, they made no effort to let me know this and then they show me something I didn’t want and was way more than the pretend car I was actually there to see. Needless to say that I will never be going back there which is a shame for the nice young man they set me up with after my probably non existent salesman wasn’t there with the non existent car.
