Went into Kia on hunt club today to look at a forte gt-line. Priced it online before going. Our lease with our downpayment, the car would have been $364/month. After wasting about an hour of our time, they came back with a price of over$600/month. Stated this vehicle was preordered by a customer that cancelled and has extra interior and exterior options. There are no other warranties that can be purchased online. I feel they tried to rip us off and they definitely wasted our time. My advice would be to try a different dealership...They're sneaky here.

Went to the dealership to look for a brand new car, and was helped by Eric Pilon. As a first time car buyer i was unsure of what i was looking for, Eric was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and helped me with financing options. Just picked up my brand new 2023 Kia Seltos and i love it. 5/5 in service and product. Highly recommend this location, ask for Eric to be your sales rep!

The staff did not welcome me, after returning home, I received a call from the seller who wanted to finish my file at all costs, I gave a second chance but still made my promises, I moved (40 minutes to go and return), but the price has changed without knowing why. The sales manager (Imad) was unable to give me the price that was guaranteed to me and let me go with nothing at all. I am really discouraged by this place and I hope that the customers who will message me will be very careful about the price they give, especially looking at the details of each very important thing. Les personnels m’ont pas accueilli, après être retourné chez moi, je reçoit un appel du vendeur qui voulais à tout prix finir mon dossier, j’ai donné une seconde chance mais ma encore fait des promesse, je me suis déplacé (40 minute d’aller et retour), mais le prix ont changé sans savoir le pourquoi. I have had a very good experience with this dealership unlike any other. Thanks to my sales person Naz, please contact him if you need help booking a car. I often ask him questions while waiting for my car to arrive, and he answers patiently every time even if he is busy. Please choose kia hunt club instead of other brands because some car dealers have poor service attitude and don't care about customers.
