I had a horrible experience when I had to visit the Kia dealership on Hunt Club road. I was a post 12 hour Night Shift stuck with a flat tire. I arrived at 0900 hr when the service department opened and explained my situation. It wasn’t until 11 that my tire was looked at. I was not offered a ride home, I was not able to get a loaner car. I heard the service department employee complain that everyone takes a million smoke breaks around here. And when I walked out of the building three of them were smoking and chatting. They wanted me to buy multiple tires and were unwilling to help me source the tire I had bought from another Kia dealership. Not only were the employees rude to me, I witnessed them be rude to another customer and a young man going in for an interview. When I called the Kia in Carleton Place they were much more attentive and compassionate at helping me. They even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was okay. A month later I have received a call to book a service with them. I asked them to remove my number from their contact list as I had a horrible experience. No apologies, no investigations, and no customer care provided in response.

I recently purchased a car at Kia Hunt club and the experience was great. Eric Pilon helped me find the Car that would best fit my needs and he made the process very easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car with Eric and I will be back to see him when I need an upgrade!

Went to Kia on Hunt Club interested in a new car. When we got there, Eric Pilon came right up to see if we needed any help! The car i was looking at had sold, but he took the time to show us some other used cars he had in stock. When a realized I wanted a new car and wanted it before September, Eric sat down with us and quoted a new car for me. He was very friendly and informative and gave me time to think it through as it was going to be my first ever financed car. I gave Eric a call when I decided this car is what I wanted, and he was able to get it for me within the month. He was understanding when my work schedule made it a few days before I could come down. He also helped me out with my insurance when there was an issue the day I was picking up the car. My friend came with me the day I signed the paper wanting to look at cars herself and Eric was happy to help her out and get her a car as well! Picking up my car later today or else I would add photos! 10/10 recommend Kia on Hunt Club and Eric Pilon! I had a great experience for my first time financing a car and would go back!
