I brought my summer tire in to be replaced because I had a nail in the sidewall of the tire. The tire was taken out of the back of my car, replaced and I went back the next day to pick it up, where it was placed back into my car again. Carmen and Jonathan were both very polite and helpful and so sweet!

Sales and Leasing: My rating is NOT a reflection of Paul. His service was fantastic. Paul B. assisted us with the purchase of the used Acura MDX. I required assistance with the Blue tooth and Paul was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to erase the previous owners pass codes and helped in the set up of our cell phones and answered all of our questions. Paul went over and above and we would be more than happy to deal with him again. Service Department: I contacted this dealership for background history on a used Acura MDX 2008 model that we were buying from another dealer. This vehicle was serviced at Acura West and I trusted that the service technician would be forth right an honest. This person did disclose some information but not all. After buying this vehicle within 6 days the service engine light came on and I have dealing with this ever since. The two third part mechanics are quite certain that this was already displaying prior to my purchasing the vehicle. I should have just stuck with my honda snowblower.
