Very Bad experience!!!!!

I bought a brand new Car, after 5 months is broken, they are trying to fix it. i went to the dealer 4 times trying to fix my Car, upto now still broken your mechanics doesnt know what the problem is, Im really disappointed, your customer service is very poor. I felt im begging to fix my Car. They changed some of the parts of my car still the same, the last time i went there, they told me they order parts its already been 2 weeks not receive any phone call.

Our First Vehicle

Our family likes to camp and we were lucky enough to have access to a vehicle we could borrow for a few trips each year. We wanted to get away more and started to look for a vehicle. We came accross a Caravan that seemed perfect for our family. We arrived at the dealership and were met by Jesse the manager who checked if the vehicle we wanted was still available, offered us a cold drink and introduced us to Khurram who showed us the vehicle. Khurram was very helpful asked us a lot of questions to make sure we got the vehicle we needed and could afford. We got a round of applause from all the staff once we decided to purchase the vehicle which was awesome. Last we met Nick who helped us with financing and protecting our investment, he even had a big bag of happy meal toys and our 7 year old was thrilled to get to choose one. We encountered an issue with insurance and when I called Khurram he was able to get us in touch with a broker who was able to assist us and we were able to pick up our vehicle on time. A fantastic experience, thanks to everyone at Roadsport for helping us get our Caravan so we can get outside!

Read the good the bad and the ugly reviews... decided to make my own decision... went in dealt with Fadil, great service, no scams and all around great experience... Bought a brand new Jeep compass

NEVER buy a car from here. They make unethical deals, they took advantage of my 83 year old grandfather. He was talked into a deal that has him paying car payments into his 90’s. A 96 month loan to a senior!!!!! It’s disgraceful they run a business this way and even more disgusting they treat elderly in this manner. #elderlyabuse now they won’t even respond to my emails.

From initial reception, throughout the service period observations were raise in a positive manner, client care being the obvious objective. Service for the duration was delivered in a very professional manner. It was exceptional. Well done to the service providers.
