Joe took care of a tire issue on a busy Saturday morning and was able to get us back on the road very quickly. He also updated my Jeep's software to the latest version. Thanks very much!

I ask service advisor that engine light on and batterys are down when i was there to pickup my vehicle everything was fine but hust reached home and engine light turned on again its just seems like they erase the code without solving any problem in the car .

On the way home from work one of my tires was punctured by what turned out to be screw driver bit. I called Service and the tire Tech offered to stay and wait for me to arrive to fix my tire. Since it was nearly closing time for the Service department, I really appreciate their commitment to help me. Many thanks to Jason, Connor and the young man who fixed my tire ( I didn't get his name). You guys are awesome . Thank you so much!

When you do work on Grand Caravan you must put air filter lid back on and DO NOT leave not clapped very poor service

brought my car in for tire change and the spring special, my change oil light came on 2 weeks later, so know I don't know if my oil was actually changed or if I was just billed for it
