Jordyn was my sales rep and she was so excellent. Everything was on time, the car was beautiful and exactly what was described. It’s unfortunate that some of these reviews can bash people who have moved on - wish her nothing but the best on her new journey!

So I booked my car with laking Toyota getting refered from my buddy my request was handled by Sales rep name Jordyn Dickson (as her last name suggest she was a d$&k) she originally tried to delay submitting my request by 2 weeks , then added another 1000 dollars to my quote to which I questioned and she is like 3 days before it went up which she didn’t let me know at all , I was promised 6 months wait time to which I agree but she messed my application so badly that it’s almost an year now , as people who booked after me same car got it before me . Later on I came to know that she added another 10,000$ cad worth of additional warranty and rust protection and god knows what else with even me speaking to finance department. Not to mentioned she took like weeks to reply my email . Very unprofessional and incompetent she is . Lately I was told she doesn’t work there which is good , but if she works anywhere else in car Dealership please don’t have her as car sales rep . And other dealership please don’t hire her .

Offered 50% less on a trade in than 3 dealers down the street. Maybe because it was a sedan and they mostly turn over trucks, still felt a bit ridiculous. I would look elsewhere unless you are deadset on a new Toyota.

This is the 3rd time that I've come to talk to John Brazier about a vehicle. The first time was when my parents replaced their minivan 6 years ago. John treated my parents with respect and got them into an awesome Sienna (that they love). Then 2 years ago, I came to John because I was thinking of trading in my Crosstrek for a small pickup. John was excellent to deal with and gave me a fair price on the trade in. In the end, I decided to hold on to my car but it was great to have dealt with John. This year, I actually am trading in my Crosstrek for a small pickup and placed an order with John for a 2024 Taco. I changed my mind and ended up going with a used truck instead (at another dealership). John was very gracious when I told him and there were no issues at all backing out of the deal. I've really appreciated John's professionalism every time I've dealt with him and I'll definitely come back in a few years when I go to upgrade my current pickup!
