I will never return here for another vehicle. Van was supposed to be ready and had to return within a week because battery was nearly dead. Had issues at test drive and was assured it would be taken care of. Noticed tire wear and was told it would be safety approved or replaced. Noted alignment and steering wheel was crooked. Steering wheel was still off but had no time to return and I know that alignment can be done even if not straightened. 4 months later front tires are bald on outside!!! Took to my mechanic after email to that service place suggested I hit pothole or curb...turns out it was significantly overtoed. Told me I should've said something 1st week when I was there for battery....tires were already worn there didn't and couldn't notice a difference till too late. Would give 1 star for detailing though it did look like new.

It has been 5 Months since your last visit. We have reviewed your 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan purchase as well as the service records with our service manager who has confirmed that we did replace your battery with a brand new battery within a days of your purchase – free of charge. We have not seen you since then and therefore have not had an opportunity to inspect your tires or front end components since receiving your online message. It would be helpful if you could bring the vehicle to us. Our records indicate that the tires on your vehicle did pass the safety inspection at the time of purchase April 13 2017. Our records also show that a fresh alignment was performed in response to your concerns about a possible alignment issue at the time of purchase. We do not perform alignments here. We outsource alignments to a shop that has a high quality alignment rack, and technicians who are specially trained. That shop performed the service for you prior to you picking up the vehicle. When you brought the Caravan back a few days after you picked it up the only problem mentioned was the battery issue which we resolved within an hour. When you brought the vehicle back to us a few days after purchase for the battery replacement, it would have been helpful for you to mention any ongoing concerns about the alignment, but no other problems were brought forward at that time. The alignment concern was not brought to our attention until recently, through your email message and your online review. In the time that has passed, and after thousands of kilometers driven it is natural for tires to wear and it is possible for an alignment to go out of adjustment. Regardless of the circumstances we would like to do what we can to address your concerns in a fair and expeditious manner. If you bring the vehicle back to us we would be happy to provide both an alignment performed at the alignment facility, and brand new replacement tires at cost. In addition we would be happy to provide installation at our expense, and will also balance the tires for free. Given the previous services provided, the kilometers travelled and the time that has passed since your vehicle purchase we hope you will agree that this is a fair response to your concerns. We look forward to your response and hope we can continue to work with you to resolve this matter and earn a revised more positive review, and your repeat business in the future.
