I bought a 2015 Mercedes’ Benz camper. Took me almost a month to wait but the worst is they did not do anything with it. The car was very dirty they were trying to clean it when I arrived to pick up. Of course they know I’m 3 hours away and will definitely don’t want to travel back and forth. I took the vehicle anyway. On the way back I noticed the gps is not working anymore it was perfect when I test drive the vehicle. I knew something is fishy with the module that was installed during pickup. The windshield washer is not working with rubbers falling off and one nozzle clamp busted. They did not do the oil change and both air filters are clogged up. When I arrived home from 3 hours drive engine check came on. Its a ripoff for the price of the vehicle they should have at least conditioned it. Stay away from this dealer.

Numeriano I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with the RoadTrek camper van that you purchased. I would like to remind you that we told you upfront that we were not an RV dealer and would have to rely on other shops to do the "camper" parts of the reconditioning. This is one reason that it took a while to get ready. Saying that we did nothing with it is not fair. You were provided with invoices from outside venders for over $2000.00 for "camper accessories". We did our best to make sure that these options were functional and told you what we weren't able to do. Our asking price was $15000.00 under market value and then we gave you another $12000.00 off for cosmetic and future repairs. When we couldn't get the generator working (which you knew) we discounted the unit an extra $1500.00. All options were in good working condition when you left the lot and we can't anticipate problems that haven't happened yet. We did miss the oil change which is usually done on all of our vehicles but asked you to send us the estimates for that and the washer nozzles. You never did. Air filters are not part of safety and we would not have checked them. As far as the reconditioning, you insisted on picking up the vehicle a day early and we did our best to have it ready. Had you been able to wait until the previously agreed on delivery day, it would have been cleaned better. In closing, I have never had a vehicle advertised that had so much interest from buyers and this was simply because of the great value. You travelled 3 hours because of the low price and were one of the first people to look at it. You bought it on the spot after we offered you the huge discount to make up for the flaws. In hindsight, you may have been better off if you had purchased from an RV dealer and spent the extra $30,000.00. I am sorry that we could not fulfill all of your expectations.
