The team is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Sabrina met me when picking up the vehicle and later methodically went through all the components and there were a lot. We have purchased three Lincolns from Fusion. We always buy the warranty. Any issue that has come up is managed quickly and professionally. The service department is great as well as the sales. Christine is always amazing even picking up my car to take to the shop if it is more convenient for me. We have recommended Fusion to anyone who is looking for a car.

I understand that I should have contacted you guys when there was issues and I completely understand that you guys had no idea about the issues because of the lack of communication on my end. I would like to sincerely apologize for the review I wrote, it was out of frustration and upsettment as this whole situation was just very stressful. With this, I feel as if it is not necessary to have that review up on your page.
