I didn't expect anything less. To be honest I was blown away by the professional expertise rendered by the staff of Oakville Toyota specifically Ozair Qaiser. I have dealt with him previously, but the forthrightness and the professionalism he brought on board in the execution of this sale was simply " EXCEPTIONAL". His knowledge of the automobile industry and the Toyota line is phenomenal. He gives sound professional advise and leaves you to make a decision that you are comfortable with. I will be back!! Ozair you make my car purchase as stress free as i could ever imagine. I will recommend friends and family any day. Ozair you are gifted!!!

I had the absolute good fortune of dealing with Burt Townsend at Oakville Toyota for the purchase of my 2020 Rav4 XLE. He not only is very knowledgeable with the Toyota line of vehicles and different features available, but he also let me make my own decision on a vehicle that was right for my needs. There was never any pressure to sell me a vehicle and he carefully explained the features and options available of the vehicle that I felt I would like. John Koo made the car purchase a pleasant experience. Happy with the price we paid, happy with the used Rav4 we bought. Hussein found the vehicle I wanted and arranged the pick up date within one week as promised. He was very professional, diligent, and overall very pleasant to work with. Hussein followed up with me after the pick up of my 2020 Rav 4 AWD to ensure I was satisfied and had all questions answered. I love my new vehicle.
