Recommend Dealership

Bought my used car at this dealership , Hussein is the person who’s helping me and gave me all of the advices also compared the cost of what I have to spend. Also Hussein provides me the discount as I didn’t mentioned to him, Hussein offers me to test drive the new vehicle so I can make my choice, he helps me before and after purchasing the vehicle. So I would suggest Hussein is very nice sale staff compared with people that I have been dealing before at Lexus and Honda before..

My wife and I visited your dealership October 15th to talk about 2020 Camry options available to customers. Saman (Sam) was our Product Advisor and our experience with him was very pleasant. He knows how to take an excellent care of a customer, his service went beyond our expectations, and we never felt pressure, He took the time to explain every single question we had and we had many questions. Sam provided best car purchasing experience I have ever had. We purchased a 2020 Camry XLE. After the deal was struck, Sam took us to Jay, the Financial Services Manager, to review and finalize Extra Care Protection (ECP) for the car. Jay also provided a stress free customer experience. This is the place to get a new car!

Excellent Customer Service by Saman

Had a great experience buying the new car 2020 Corolla LE from Oakville Toyota. I tried test drive. Saman is very nice, honest and knowledgeable, excellent customer service and made our first purchase very easy.He was very helpful, patient and advised us on the right vehicle.If you are looking for a vehicle I recommend sitting down and meeting with Saman. The service you get from Saman Ahmed tops all by a million. Will definitely recommend Saman to everybody. Thanks alot Saman. Really appricate.

Excellent service by Hussein Fakih at Oakville Toyota

I bought Toyota Camry Hybrid 3 weeks back from Oakville Toyota through Mr Hussein Fakih, Product Advisor. Hussein was excellent in behavior, sober and most friendly. He provided excellent service for the sale of the car and made the car ready for delivery ahead of the commitment and extended all best support. His service is outstanding and have no further words for his appreciation. I rate him with 5 stars.

Terrrible customer service

October 17, 2019

Last month, I bought a Toyota Camry XSE from Oakville Toyota. Initially, the deal was prepared by the salesperson and he sent me to Mr. Chris Carter, director of finance for the final invoice. He was disrespectful and not co-operative. However, the experience with the salesperson was good. After I came home, when I was reviewing the invoice, I saw they charged an additional $399.00 as dealership fees, which was never discussed with the salesperson. I called other Toyota dealerships to find out if they charged any dealership fees and they all said that there are no dealership fees with them. When I talked to the salesperson regarding this, he told that we gave you “Anti-theft” for free in place of dealership fees. I told him to give some alternative product instead of anti-theft as this is not useful for me since it is covered by my insurance company. He refused and told me that we charge this to every customer. I told him that I want to talk with a person in management. After couple of messages, I received a call from a management person. I explained the situation and the additional charge. He was not cooperating with me at all to cancel this additional charge. I told him to cancel the deal or waive my charge. He told me that he would cancel the deal but would not return any of my initial deposit of $3,000.00. It was very shocking to me that he told me to go to a lawyer if I wanted to instead of trying to reach a resolution. I was left with no choice other than to buy my new car from this dealership. This is certainly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I will never do any business with this dealership again. When I bought my last car from Oakville Honda, the customer service was exceptional, and I did not have to deal with any hidden fees. I suggest all customers to make sure of all the fees carefully before signing any document or paying the deposit. I would not recommend Oakville Toyota.

We got our RAV4 Hybrid!!! Thanks Burt!!!

I just purchased the RAV4 Hybrid with my wife. The Hybrid models are incredibly hard to find with most dealers advertising them yet not having any available since there is a 3-5 month waiting period. Apparently there is a battery availability issue that has created a backlog. Luckily we had Burt who was excellent in helping us locate a RAV4 Hybrid within a week! Throughout the process he was very attentive and made sure all our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. At one point there was a issue with the service department and our trade in. It looked like it was going to cost us a lot of money. However he completely took care of it and it ended up not costing us a dime! Also we really appreciate Burt going the extra mile to ensure we have license plate covers for our new car. We mentioned it once in conversation that Oakville Toyota doesn't offer them. However he paid out of his own pocket to have them on the car when we picked it up! A very nice surprise indeed! I would highly recommend Burt for a his ability to listen, attention to detail and working hard to ensure smooth and easy transaction!!!

I recently bought a RAV4 at this dealership, I was helped by John Koo and had a great experience. He was very professional, very helpful, answered all my questions, He was quick at responding my phone calls. When I picked up the car he came outside to explain more about the car and to congratulate me for the purchase. He made me feel welcome. I'm very satisfied with the Rav4.
