The service is good- some times, although I’m still waiting for my speedometer to be fixed... it’s been 6 months. Should be replaced under warranty and excuses were given etc. Guelph VW is the best.

Probably the best experience we have had with any dealership and dealership service department. Just wish they were closer. Took our 2006 Jetta in for service because of a mess up from another mechanic shop and couldn't believe the communication and professionalism. Big thank you to Jason in service and Jenn for the rust program.

She was quick to return emails and phone calls. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, all the paperwork was in order and the process was quick but informative. She took time to go through the gadgets in the car and made sure to answer any questions I had.

New car purchase

Great help from Sales to get me through the purchase process, and great help from Parts to have winter wheels and tires ready for the day I picked up the car. Service also assisted with delivery, helpful advice, and took good care of our other car, too. We got a good feeling of honesty and integrity from the dealership overall, and are happy to trust them with our business in future.
