Very helpful sales staff, yet low pressure. They picked up the car I was interested in the day I called from the other dealership for a test drive. I will certainly be back to buy my next car Honda from them. Ask for Robbie!

Only offered me half the value for my car on a trade in, of which I bought there and serviced there for 4 years. Gave me every excuse possible why my car wasn’t worth what I wanted. Funny enough I sold the vehicle to Crown Honda McPhillips for exactly what I asked for. I thought all Crown dealerships shared used inventory. Will not buy from Winnipeg Honda Again.

I don't understand how I'm on my 3rd starter motor and I'm on my 3rd set of brakes when my first set lasted over 6 years, and now brakes only last 18 months.

I realize the staff's hands are tied, but this brake issue (3 sets of brakes on a 2007 civic) where the first set lasted over 6 years has me confused about the brakes. You would think that when you have the brakes replaced the first time, they would be replacing all the parts of the braking system. Apparently there was a part they did not replace, and that part is what made the brakes wear out quickly. I don't know the workings of the braking system, but I should only be on my second set of brakes. Also, why am I on my THIRD starter motor? I don't understand why all these, "unusual" things are happening to this car? I also don't appreciate the hinting that it could be doing heavy breaking. If I was doing heavy breaking how did my first set last over 6 years. My license has 15 merits, and I'm a careful driver. If all Honda's were like my 2007 Civic this company would not be in business. Honda has a much more trustworthy name than this!

It amazes me that a dealership like this thinks they can screw over a mechanical engineer. I brought my car in for a schedule B maintenance and to have an engine noise checked. Less than an hour into the 1.5 hour B service appointment, I was already getting a phone call saying that I needed new brake pads and rotors on the rear. While this partially made sense to me (they were worn out and due for replacement), I was disappointed to find out that the mechanic did not even touch the brakes. Particularly, he only took off the wheel to look at the brakes, despite the fact that I paid for a B service which includes a "comprehensive brake service" (lubrication of pins for example)! As you can see in the attached picture, the pins got a liberal greasing of..... absolutely nothing from the mechanic! They were FILTHY. When I called and asked why nothing was touched, the guy on the phone said "well your brakes were due for replacement and seized up". I will have you know, I recorded that phone call and I also completely serviced the brakes on my own using simple hand tools. Further, the mechanic (who has professional grade air tools and training) didn't even touch the brakes at all (there were no wear marks on the bolts from disassembly). The next item on the list is the suspension. The report I was handed said that the suspension was in perfect condition. On what basis was that arrived at? It takes a 15 second look at my front and rear struts to see that the front ones are worn out and heavily damaged, and the rear are leaking hydraulic fluid! Did the mechanic even look at this? My guess is, probably not! (I even bought new struts to replace them myself - I dont trust winnipeg honda at all with this). The B service also includes an inspection for leaks. The mechanic didnt report any leaks, despite the fact that I had to fill the power steering fluid with a half a bottle. I guess the PS fluid just vanishes? No, just kidding. There's fluid running down the engine bay at the back from a leaking power steering fluid line. I question whether the mechanic even put the car up on the lift to do the inspection that he is supposed to do. The only reason he found it was because I pointed out the massive drop in fluid level. Essentially, the B Service from Winnipeg Honda is a $250 oil change scam. Don't let them pull the wool over your eyes. Lastly, I've been waiting for a call back for over a week now. I have called twice, and gone in person as well (tallying at 3 attempts to get in contact) to discuss the service that was done and some warranty work I would like to get done, but I simply have not, and probably will never, get a call back from the professional and courteous staff of Winnipeg Honda. I had to laugh at the service ad I received in the mail. Winnipeg Honda doesn't deserve my business, or anybody else's. If I could give you 0 stars I would.
