Audi Ottawa did an amazing job! Ian was very patient and extremely helpful and ultimately sold us the car of our dreams. Right from the start, we were treated very well and that included Audit Ottawa's top notch onboarding process. Picking up the car is one of the most exciting times and they went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and more excited to drive away in our new Audi. Very happy with everything.

Audi Ottawa did an amazing job! Ian was very patient and extremely helpful and ultimately sold us the car of our dreams. I'd highly recommend speaking with Mustafa. He's very helpful, isn't pushy at all, and he made the whole experience great from start to finish. He's also been more than helpful in the weeks after picking up my car.

We live in a world where service is not as common as it once was. I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Stajduhar. Service was impeccable, at no point in time did I feel Adam was trying to rush nor sell me anything I did not want. Adam took his time explaining in detail all the models we had interest in. We went to compare to other makes in town, where not only did we not even get approached, but rather ignored. I can assure you there is no comparison with any other dealership in town, Audi Ottawa is simply in a realm of their own. If you are looking to buy an Audi, this is the place to go.
