Audi Q3 - disappointing

Damage to the rear of the vehicle was not resolved to my satisfaction at time of delivery. I was led to believe that the damage would be taken care of (it was not detailed or illustrated in the online photos) and it remains a permanent reminder of the 'buyer beware' axiom. The vehicle broke down (faulty turbo) within 24 hours of purchase necessitating multiple service requests to a Audi dealership in Toronto. Total downtime: 5 days.. It took 3 phone calls during regular business hours in order to get a response from Audi Ottawa (apparently there was a sales meeting in progress). I subsequently detailed our experience to the Sales Manager and never received a response or acknowledgement. While I was considering an Audi S4 as a replacement for my current vehicle I am now reconsidering another BMW 335 as a more viable option.

Everyone was so kind and professional. Ian Thomas sold us the car. He spent hours explaining the car's options and how we could need and use them. We test drove a car and he continued to show us what he had explained in the showroom. He was very efficient. He made buying a car less stressful. Ksenia Vinogradov was very pleasant, professional and effiecint. Philip Tessier is the delivery specialist. He spent over an hour explaining in detail how to use all the amazing options in the car. He was very patient with us and didn't mind reexplaining options. When we picked up our car I was given chocolates and flowers. I very nice touch.
