Great service backed by a top brand. Bought an A6 S-line 2016 in June of 2017 and dealt with Liang Liu, and Max Brunet respectively. Both were incredibly amazing to deal with throughout the entire process. Fast forward to just about a month ago, I needed new tires for this car as a large screw had managed to find its way into the sidewall of one of my tires. During the install process, some apparent damage was caused to my rims. After having carefully washed the rims, and assessed the damage, the service manager Jason advised me they would be replacing my rims with a brand new set of the exact same kind I had. Granted, mistakes do happen, what was important to me was the recovery. They made this process extremely easy for me, and accommodated me in every which way possible. At the end of the day, I know that Mark Motors has my back, and they have made a loyal client for life in the process.

I have heard many exceptional things about Audi vehicles as well as the experiences at this dealership. I am thinking of purchasing an Audi vehicle in the future and was wondering if people are allowed to come to the dealership to ask questions about the vehicle, payments and also to just test drive the car.
