I was quite happy with my first Audi Q7 and opted for second Q7. It is going to be 3 years, but all I could drive was less than 20,000 KMS. Service has gone so bad over the years. People work hard but chaotic situation every time I walk in. Lies, more lies and even more lies. My second Q7 has few issues and they couldn't fix them. All they give me are excuses. I even talked to the service manager but to no resolution. My next stop would the manager or owner of Mark Motors.

The entire team were very helpful and precessional. During every part of the process. I never felt pressured during any step of the process. Entire team went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car buying experience.

Zel provided an above average service all the way though the transaction, which in this case, lasted 4 months. Contrary to some other car salesperson he listen to my needs instead of pushing a monthly rate on me. He was open to negotiation and kept me up-to-date on car delivery date. Very nice experience for me. Thank you.
