Outstanding service and unparalleled product!

Zel, Elmira and the entire crew provided an outstanding service from the initial test drive up to vehicle delivery. The red bow rapped delivery was a very nice touch. Thank you Audi West Ottawa!

Customer of 16 years. No more. Couldn't get a quote when I called... too busy, and they close in 8 minutes... yeah. Get #Rekt 1. Edit your business hours on Google... 2. Hire enough competent people to get through tire season. 3. Make the time for clients who are supposed to matter. Unless you're ok discriminating between your clients. 4. I guess buying cars and spending money with Mark motors means nothing anymore... like It used to. That's too bad I was looking at another s4... 100% going to another dealership. The owners should be ashamed of this travesty.

The google hours posted are our sales hours. Unfortunately, we have to choose either our sales hours or our service hours to list and understand that this can be frustrating for our customers. I normally never review anything but the people at this dealership was really great. Alex was super helpful in the beginning when I had tons of questions. As I was flying in from out of town, he even picked me up from the airport. Melanie was also great to deal with and was super helpful.
