Thank you Curtis Wells at Sun Valley Honda! We had been in the market to upgrade our CRV for quite a while. When we saw the 2018 CRV on the lot, we liked it and we approached Curtis with our questions. Well, the service and expertise were excellent, professional AND personable. We felt comfortable asking anything and Curtis responded honestly and professionally. Honda vehicles pretty much sell themselves, BUT excellent service isn't always guaranteed. We can say with Curtis, our salesman, Keith, the finance manager and Megan at the front desk, our experience was all round, FIVE stars. Thank you Sun Valley Honda.

On September 29th my husband and I went into the dealership to look at the new HRV 2023. Our intention was to just look. Curtis took us on our test drive and updated us on the new updates on the car and answered all our questions. He introduced us to Keith their finance officer. Both of these men went above board to help us out. By end of day we went home with our new vehicle. Love our new car and the way we were treated. Will definitely recommend Sun Valley Honda .

I’ve been hunting Ridgeline Black Edition since 2020. Went to the dealers many times and talk to them on a phone. The price they gave me was too high and they have no room to move for offer. Finally, i found this Sun Valley Honda, and the man called Curtis contact me and helped me and finnaly got 2022 ridgeline black edition. Curtis is the best, fare, patient, nice, responsive, easy to communicate, etc…. I recomemded this dealer, it doesnt matter where you live, they can make and offer, and luckily they have Curtis. If i can click 10 stars i will, but there is only five to choose so..Again they are the best.

I’ve visited 4 dealerships today in medicine hat and this was by far the worst experience. I did not feel like I was treated with respect and will be purchasing a new vehicle elsewhere.

My wife and I had the absolute worst experience here. There is a lack of transparency and respect with customers that is unparalleled to any dealership in medicine hat. Avoid at all costs.

They are the ONLY car dealer/shop that I trust in this town. And I am NOT a honda "fanboy", I actually own an acura.. They straight up told me what I did and didn't need, saved me a lot of money and always did a good job. Bought some parts that ended up being defective, they exchanged them right away. Seriously if you need your car fix or to buy a car in this town this is the place to go.
