I'll be honest, I don't enjoy Car Dealerships. I just feel overwhelmed and pressured by the need to make a sale. Well that was a different story when we walked into Sun Valley Honda and talked with Curtis and Keith! Tim went in earlier this week and had a great experience, and when I went with him today, I was at ease, I was comfortable. We have been stretching out the years with our Nitro and it finally said, I'm tired, I'm done. So, we needed a 2nd vehicle and yes the timing is never perfect or great, but we had options and choices and a comfortable no pressured environment to do that in at Sun Valley Honda! Thank you for all that you worked thru and took the time to let it happen. We ended up with a great vehicle with everything we wanted and they worked within our budget to get it. A shout out to Savanah as well, great at making us feel welcomed and helping me navigate the doors... lol.

Super happy with their service, every one was super friendly, not pushy like most dealerships are, great prices, shout out to Jon for getting me in to my new 2018 acura tlx, super happy with the purchase love the car. If you guys are looking to get into a new vehicle your self, check these guys out , 100% recommend.

Some people at this location like to share information about customers .. like who's coming to buy vehicles .. also what kind of vehicle .. where they work etc.. I would never suggest this place to anybody . Disgusting .. no respect of privacy.

We are from BC and bought a used truck from Curtis at Sun Valley Honda this past week and I cant begin to explain how well everything went. Curtis was polite, honest, respectful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the facts before we drove 12 hours to see and buy the truck. This was the smoothest dealership transaction we have ever had. Free coffee with our purchase! But seriously, we were warmly welcomed and Jon tapped into our expectations quickly and didn't drag out the negotiations. They gave us a good price for our trade in and we drove away with a new sparkling clean Ridgeline the next morning. The salesroom is open and there is no privacy to chat about the deal...but that obviously is not a deal breaker 😉 We will be walking through the door next time we are Honda shopping!
