We purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Williamson Chrysler in Uxbridge in September of 2022. We are very happy with the vehicle and the process of purchasing it from Williamson. There was a travel distance involved for us, yet communications were excellent throughout to assure us will all of our purchasing questions and protocols, due to the distance . No "sales pressure" from our Sales representative Sherry and Sherry was very responsive. On delivery date the vehicle was received as expected, clean and ready to go, also allowing our full look-over and test-drive, along with the final purchase process with the Business Manager Dahlia was also smooth. Thank You Williamson Chrysler team for meeting our expectations!

BEWARE OF THIS JEEP DEALERSHIP!! I leased my jeep wrangler here back at the end of June this year. I called on Thursday August 18th and asked if I can get 10 ply tires for my jeep. Just to make sure they got the right tires I called in 2 more times to confirm they ordered the right tires before coming driving all the way to uxbridge. Both times they confirmed they ordered the right tires. When I drove there on Friday August 26th I left my car with them at 1:44pm for my 2pm appointment. After waiting around for over 1 hour, I received a call from them stating they ordered the wrong tires. THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE TO ME AT ALL. Nor did they offer any form of compensation at all. Their manager in the parts department has the absolute worst customer service there is.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but have to for the team at Williamson Chrysler. These guys are Top Notch Class!! I have been working w them for over a year now and can confidently say that the quality of their customer care has been truly exceptional and consistent. Everything from looking for a vehicle to driving it away has been smooth, pleasurable and effortless. It’s definitely worth the drive to Uxbridge.

Stopped by Williamson Chrysler to upgrade my Jeep Wrangler and was given the royal treatment from Sirous and staff. Friendly, quick and no-nonsense service. Just over a week later, I ended up driving off with MORE than what I expected for much LESS than what I expected to pay. If you’re looking to get yourself into a Jeep, I highly recommend heading over to Uxbridge and touching base with Sirous!
